Who does what?

A refurbished sale involves several parties. Here is each one's role.

    QuizzBuy

    Presents offers consistently, collects payment via Stripe, passes the order to the seller and lets you follow its status. For selling, compares buyers and handles guaranteed-price trade-ins.

  2. 02

    Sellers

    Professional refurbishers. They check the devices, set the price, declare the condition and warranty length, then ship your order.

  3. 03

    Buyers

    Established trade-in companies. They publish their price or estimate, inspect the device received and pay you directly.

How QuizzBuy makes money

Comparing, valuing and creating an account are free. QuizzBuy receives a commission from partner sellers and buyers when a sale goes through. This commission is not added to the price you see.

    Reviews shown come from customers who ordered or sold; a partner rating only appears if it can be verified on Trustpilot.

    On the trade-in offers page, the ranking rule is spelled out, including when a partner is featured.

  • Your data is not sold

    Your card details are processed by Stripe and never pass through QuizzBuy.

Who sells the devices on QuizzBuy?
Professional refurbishers. Their name is shown on every offer and on your order confirmation. QuizzBuy runs the marketplace: presenting offers, payment and order tracking.
What warranty do I get on a device I buy?
The length of the commercial warranty is set by the seller and shown on every offer before you buy. It comes on top of the legal guarantee of conformity owed by every professional seller in the European Union.
Can I change my mind after buying?
Yes. For an online purchase from a professional, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Write to us from the contact page to start the process.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed by Stripe on its payment page. Your card details never pass through QuizzBuy. You receive an email confirmation as soon as the order is confirmed.
How does selling work?
Answer a few questions about your device to see the buyers available in your country. When a partner publishes its prices, you can sell to it through QuizzBuy: the price is guaranteed for the stated period, provided the device received matches your description.
